November 7th, 7-9pm FREE Lecture Symphony of the Body

THURSDAY NOVEMBER 7TH, 2019
SANTA MONICA LIBRARY, 7 – 9 PM

Have you ever wondered how all your organs relate to one another?  Our bodies are not divided into separate categories as currently seen by modern medicine.  This over specialization in medicine has resulted in symptomatic and incomplete treatments.  It loses the view of the body as a whole instead of a symphony of beautifully sounding parts.

Join us for a FREE informative lecture and learn how the thyroid, (metabolism), the adrenals, (energy), and the pancreas, (sugar) form an important triad.  The gut, immune system and the brain form another crucial triad.  You will learn about these relationships and how they affect your health.

You will have an opportunity to complete a questionnaire and learn about your own health. What are your strongest and weakest organs?  Where you should focus your attention to maximize your health and avoid the chronic illness of ageing.

LECTURES & PRESENTATIONS

Dr. Allen gives free lectures at the Library three to four times each year, on topics of interest from the cutting edge of integrative medicine.  If you would like to be added to our mailing list for these lectures and his other speaking engagements, please email da@davidallenmd.com.
